Canary Wharf, London 300- 360 per day Outside IR35 6-Month ContractWe''re looking for a Digital Construction Manager to join a main contractor on a major, long-term commercial fit-out and refurbishment project in Canary Wharf.The role will initially be hands-on, covering Revit modelling, overlays and model data validation, before developing into a management position overseeing trade coordination and Stage 5 design.It''s particularly well suited to an experienced CAD / BIM Coordinator ready to step up into Digital Construction Management.What you''ll be doingProducing and reviewing models using Autodesk RevitSupporting BIM coordination and model overlaysValidating model data and digital informationCoordinating MEP and wider trade packagesSupporting Stage 5 design deliveryProgressing into oversight of trade coordination and digital construction activitiesWhat we''re looking forStrong Autodesk Revit and AEC suite experiencePrevious BIM / CAD coordination experienceMEP coordination experience would be particularly beneficialExperience validating model dataGood understanding of construction-stage BIM deliveryReady to progress from a coordination role into managementAble to work site-based in Canary Wharf - Scope for a temp-to-perm arrangement.The opportunity 300- 360 per day, Outside IR35, on an initial 6-month contract.
