Digital Construction Engineer

Our Client, a Blue Chip Building Contractor are currently looking for a Digital Construction Engineer to join their busy and expanding Pre Construction team. The key responsibility of the Digital Construction Engineer is to ensure the BIM, digital and information activities are conducted in compliance with our ways of working and our stakeholders needs. The successful individual will be responsible for providing technical and operational support, together with production, quality, operational/site management support and managing costs whilst creating a supportive and collaborative environment, meeting client expectations and enhancing the reputation of our construction business. Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a large framework of educational build projects a project BIM strategy based of off the clients Information Requirements which is to include the creating the post-contract BIM Execution Plan and all other company BIM related duties.Together with the client team and stakeholders, assist in developing the project''s digital handover strategyMaintaining an understanding of industry standards such as ISO 19650 series and alikeAccountable for the implementation and compliance with all safety requirements across staff, contractors and work practices ensuring appropriate records are maintained and required reports are available.Recognise and reward safe behaviours and practices.
