Coordinate the DAT’s input into bids and tendersCollaborate with the central bids team to ensure high-quality, tailored digital messagingProactively seek opportunities for the DAT to be involved and provide support in opportunitiesTrack, report and measure the success of the DAT’s involvement in bids and tendersMaintain a library of reusable content and success storiesGateway to Growth: Advocate and train to become an expert user of Dynamics, the firm’s CRM for reporting bids, tenders and opportunitiesRepresent the DAT’s needs and ensure smooth integration of DynamicsCoordinate with change champions and sponsoring partners where necessaryMonitor and report data from Dynamics, in collaboration with the data and infrastructure hub, to aid decision makingProject-manage the DAT’s role in the firm-wide CRM implementationSupport change management, training, and communications from a digital perspective where appropriateGTIL and International member firms: Act as the main liaison for the DATs and GTUK involvement in international digital initiativesCoordinate with global stakeholders and track progress of projectsSupport knowledge sharing and collaboration across member firmsProject management of key projects and stakeholders: Role model a growth mindset aligned with the firm’s vision for the Digital Audit Team and the wider Audit PracticeManage and coordinate multiple senior stakeholders across projectsSeek and share regular feedback to develop own and others’ technical and personal skillsEngage with stakeholders (e.g., DAT members, Audit practice, SLT) to ensure reporting on digital and growth is fit for purpose, creating and delivering added valueSupport engagement with product owners to ensure delivery of requirements associated with growth initiatives is fit for purposeMonitor project milestones, providing regular updates to leadershipDrive collaboration across DAT to keep Growth at the forefront of projectsKnowing you’re right for you

In changing markets, we need to work at pace, be adaptable to change, and be curious to ask questions of ourselves, colleagues and clients to ensure we deliver the services and quality we expect.You will have:Audit experience at Assistant Manager or Manager levelExcellent organisational and project management skillsProactive approach and ability to manage your own time within a fast-paced team, handling multiple tasks with conflicting deadlinesAbility to seek assistance when neededStrong communication skills, particularly at senior levelsStrong organisational skills and personal effectiveness with a focus on resultsExperience in business development or working on audit bids and tender opportunities (desirable)A mindset that embraces digital tools and technology in all aspects of workExperience presenting to audiences at all levels, internal and externalExperience in analyzing data to aid decision makingActive curiosity to seek opportunities to develop knowledge and broaden your networkA desire to learn and master new systems and processes, such as Azure DevOpsOur culture and benefits
