Associate Director – Digital
to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping digital strategies for high-profile clients across sectors, helping them to protect and enhance their reputations through innovative and impactful campaigns.You’ll be working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment, partnering with colleagues across corporate communications, public affairs, and crisis management to deliver fully integrated solutions.Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering expert counsel on digital strategies and campaigns.Drive new business opportunities through innovative digital services and relationship-building.Define and manage KPIs, ensuring measurable impact and ROI.Lead, mentor, and inspire client teams, fostering a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.Manage relationships with third-party providers to deliver best-in-class digital content and services.Support crisis and issues management with strategic, evidence-based solutions.Champion innovation, including the use of AI tools and best practices to enhance efficiency and delivery.Represent the consultancy at industry events and contribute to its profile and growth.About You
7+ years’ experience in digital communications, ideally within an agency environment.Proven expertise in corporate issues, crisis management, and campaign delivery.Strong technical knowledge across organic and paid social, search, websites, and digital analytics.Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and WordPress.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to leverage digital and AI tools to drive innovation.What’s on Offer
