Caseloads management is a maximum of 35 learners.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver virtual and face-to-face technical workshops.Coach apprentices in Microsoft 365, digital systems, IT support, data handling, and workplace technology.Support learners with portfolio development and EPA preparation.Conduct learner progress reviews and maintain strong employer relationships.Develop engaging learning resources and contribute to curriculum improvements.Support learners in applying technical skills within real workplace environments.What ..... full job details .....
