Digital Analytics Coordinator

Are you curious about what digital data can tell us about how people find and engage with content? We''re looking for a Digital Analytics Coordinator to join the Communications Directorate at the Royal College of Radiologists. In this role, you''ll analyse performance across our website, email and social channels, turning complex data into clear insight that helps shape how we plan and evaluate content and campaigns. You''ll also help ensure we''re measuring digital activity effectively, using tools including GA4 and Google Tag Manager to implement and maintain tracking. Working closely with colleagues across the Content and Brand teams, you''ll help us understand what''s working, how our members are engaging with our content and where we can improve. Your insight will help us make evidence-based decisions, test and learn from what we do, and improve the digital experience we provide for our members. What you''ll do: Gather, analyse and present performance data across the College''s digital channels, including website, email and social media Maintain analytics dashboards and produce regular insight highlighting trends, changes in performance and opportunities to improve engagement. Implement, test and maintain tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager, ensuring digital activity is measured accurately and consistently.
