Digital Analyst / Senior Digital Analyst

The digital analytics team sits within a wider central analytics capability and works closely with eCommerce, UX, Product, and Marketing teams to understand customer behaviour and improve online performance. The role You''ll help the business understand how customers interact with its digital platforms and identify opportunities to improve performance across the customer journey. Typical questions include: Why is basket value increasing or decreasing? Which acquisition channels are performing best? How are customers navigating the website? Which categories are driving growth? What impact are website and UX changes having on customer behaviour? You''ll use digital and website analytics data to support decision-making across eCommerce and customer experience teams.
