Digital Account Manager - Paid Search and Paid Social Watford Hybrid We''re looking for a Digital Account Manager with strong experience across Paid Search and Paid Social to join a growing digital agency in Watford. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the combination of client management, digital strategy and hands-on campaign performance. You''ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted digital partner while ensuring campaigns are delivering against their commercial objectives. The role You''ll be responsible for: Managing a portfolio of client accounts and building strong, long-term relationships Planning and delivering integrated Paid Search and Paid Social strategies Managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Taking ownership of campaign budgets, performance and optimisation Translating client objectives into clear digital strategies and media plans Monitoring performance against KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CPL, conversions and revenue Identifying opportunities to improve performance and grow client accounts Producing reports and presenting results and recommendations to clients Running regular client calls, meetings and performance reviews Coordinating campaign activity with internal creative, content and wider digital teams Supporting campaign testing across audiences, creative, messaging and landing pages Keeping clients informed on platform developments and new opportunities About you You''ll ideally ..... full job details .....
