experienced Digital Account Manager

to join our growing team in Crewe and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge digital solutions for clients across industries like

automotive, finance, healthcare, retail, sport, tourism, and more .

The RoleAs a Digital Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of new and existing clients, coordinating the delivery of web and software projects from start to finish. You’ll be the bridge between clients and our talented developers, ensuring smooth communication, on-time delivery, and commercially successful outcomes.

Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.

Build strong client relationships, adapting communication styles to suit.

Keep projects on track and resolve issues calmly and efficiently.

Spot opportunities to upsell and maximise client accounts.

Support the sales process by identifying new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Strong communication skills — able to translate tech into plain English.

Confidence in handling clients with varied needs and expectations.

A proactive, commercially minded approach.

Experience in account management, project management, or sales (ideally in a software house/digital agency).

Bonus points for:

Experience with JIRA, Slack, MS Project, or similar tools.

CMS knowledge (WordPress, Umbraco, Contentful).

General web knowledge and technical curiosity.

Degree-level education.
