This is a hands-on role involving the inspection, repair, overhaul, testing and assembly of diesel engines, transmissions, axles and related mechanical components. You''ll work within a modern workshop environment, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Strip, inspect and rebuild mechanical components Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults Test and evaluate completed units Complete workshop paperwork accurately Work closely with parts and service teams Maintain high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping Working hours of 7:30 - 16:00, Monday - Friday The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 3 years'' experience in a mechanical or engineering environment Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Experience working on diesel engines, transmissions or similar equipment Ability to read technical information and follow procedures Full UK Driving Licence Strong attention to detail and organisational skills In Return: Permanent position Up to -34,100 DOE Ongoing training...
