Position: Die Cutter Machine OperatorLocation: Redhill, Surrey 16.50 - 20.00 per hour Double Day Shift PatternEarly Shift: 06:00 - 13:30Late Shift: 13:30 - 21:00Purpose of a Cut and Crease Minder / Die Cutter Machine Operator: We are currently seeking an experienced Cut and Crease Minder / Die Cutter Machine Operator to join a well-established packaging manufacturer in Redhill, Surrey. This role is responsible for the setup, operation and maintenance of BOBST die cutting machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality packaging products in line with customer specifications and production targets.The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, product quality and continuous production performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities of a Cut and Crease Minder / Die Cutter Machine Operator: Set up and operate BOBST die cutting machinery to precise production specificationsMonitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality, accuracy and efficiencyCarry out die cutting, creasing, embossing and debossing to required standardsLoad and unload materials accurately, ensuring correct alignment and cutting precisionWork with a range of substrates including paper, folding boxboard and corrugated materialsPerform routine machine maintenance and maintain equipment cleanliness to minimise downtimeTroubleshoot machinery issues and escalate technical concerns when requiredWork closely with the production ..... full job details .....
