Salary: Up to -50,000 Basic (No Bonus Targets)

Hours: Monday-Friday, No Weekends

The Role

• Carry out advanced diagnostic work across a wide range of makes and models

• Explain diagnostic findings to customers in a clear, professional manner

• Pass repair requirements to the relevant teams to ensure smooth workflow

• Mentor and support colleagues while sharing knowledge across the team

• Focus on diagnostics and technical issues with little to no heavy work

Candidate Profile

• Experienced Diagnostic Technician or Senior Technician

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Confident in communicating with customers

• Able to work across multiple brands (or specialise in one)

• A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and developing others
