Diagnostic Technician Citygate Volkswagen, Wooburn Green Basic Salary : £40,000 - £44,000 depening on qualifications Achievable uncapped OTE of £70,000 Permanent Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Accredited Diagnostic Technician to join our expanding multi-brand VAG workshop. As part of Citygate, you will work across a broad range of Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, ŠKODA, SEAT, and CUPRA models giving you exposure to the latest technologies, diagnostic systems, and repair methods across the full VAG portfolio. This role will enable you to apply your existing technical expertise while continually developing new capabilities through manufacturer-led training and hands-on experience with new vehicle models. You will diagnose complex faults, support the wider workshop team, and play a key part in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional and trusted service. As a Diagnostic Technician, you will also provide coaching and guidance to less experienced technicians, contributing to the growth and quality of the workshop.
