This is an exciting opportunity to provide operational support to the Damp, Mould, and Disrepair Service TeamYou will be based on site with frequent travel around Tamworth!DFG Technical OfficerLocation: On site, Tamworth6 month contract 30- 35 per hour via Umbrella0.45p mileage from office to sitesDFG Technical Officer duties:Produce designs and specifications for adaptations, including ramps, level access showers and more complex adaptation schemes using CAD.Manage projects from survey through to practical completion.Work at pace whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality.Liaise with customers, Occupational Therapists, and contractors.Undertake contract administration and project monitoring.Support procurement, tendering and contractor management activities where required.To succeed as the DFG Technical Officer, you need:Ability to manage a high-volume caseload whilst maintaining quality and compliance.Knowledge of Schedule of Rates and adaptation costing.Significant demonstrable experience in a surveying role in a housing association, private practice, local authority, or similarContract administration and project management experience are highly desirable.To register your ..... full job details .....
