You ll ensure works are completed to a high standard, within time targets and budget, while keeping the customer at the centre of service delivery.This role provides a surveying service for properties requiring adaptations for a disabled occupant, including assessing the condition, suitability, and feasibility of proposed works. Where needed, you will identify building defects, diagnose causes, and specify remedies, while supporting a culture of continuous service improvement.
