DevOps Engineer (Performance Testing) 6 Months Contract + extension £600 per day (Inside IR35) Remote working Please note active SC Clearance is needed for the role A leading global consultancy is looking for an experienced hybrid devOps and Performance specialist to superhead critical national infrastructure projects. You will essentially ensure the resilience and scalability of a massive cloud-native environment. This is a high-visibility role where you will bridge the gap between infrastructure stability and rigorous performance validation.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure and CI/CD: Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment cycles.Performance Engineering: Lead the charge on system reliability by executing complex performance test runs, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing upgrades.System Integrity: Proactively monitor the service environment, diagnosing faults within the cloud infrastructure and delivering detailed technical reports.Collaboration: Work as a core member of the DevOps and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless environmental upgrades and stability.Essential SkillsCloud Infrastructure: Deep hands-on experience with AWS.Orchestration: Proven expertise in Kubernetes and containerized environments.Automation and Scripting: Strong proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.CI/CD Tooling: Expert knowledge of Jenkins and Concourse.Performance Testing: Extensive experience writing test strategies and using tools such as ..... full job details .....
