DevOps Engineer

About the roleAt Terra, we aim to be the infrastructure for health data and products alike. To do this, we need the most robust, scalable, and maintainable infrastructure the world has ever seen; i.e., it should be capable of withstanding exponential growth in usage.You will be working closely with our Frontend, Backend, and Data Engineers to:Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelinesMonitor and manage our cloud resources ensuring the system is reliable, secure, and cost-effectiveAutomate infrastructure provisioning using tools like TerraformContinuously improve data pipelines to allow for high throughput messagesWe believe in learning from failures, and hence, if you have taken a production environment down previously, that is bonus points!We currently use AWS and GCP along with deployment tools such as Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.What We ValueWe believe outstanding engineers don’t need extensive training from big-tech companies but rather are able to learn through passion, curiosity, and resourcefulness.
