There is also the option for Home Office but you will be required to travel to the office when needed so being located within a few hours of Central London would be hugely beneficial.The Job:

Own CI/CD pipelinesOwn Kubernetes platform and lead roadmap of improvementsIdentify tools, patterns and best practisesEnsuring scalable, automated and secure systemsDesign and architect softwareDeveloping infrastructure as code to ensure synergy across platformsDesign and implement monitoring, logging, and tracing, ensure observability and alerting are in placeSetting up security best practises to maintain platform and dataThe candidate:

GCP – as much as possible!! (GKE, Cloud Build, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Bigtable/Bigquery. IAM, Container registry, KSM)Kubernetes – as much as possible!! (GKE, HPA, gRPC, Multi cluster communication, service meshes, control plane, ingress controllers)Tooling experienceDocker / Experience with containerisation and deployment of reliable, highly available scalable APIs and ETL processesCI/CD experienceTerraform or AnsibleMonitoring tools and best practisesWorking knowledge of networkingThe Package:
