Hands-on experience supporting cloud platforms, preferably AWS and/or Azure. Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, metrics, traces and alerting. Experience with Dynatrace, including OneAgent, ActiveGate, DynaKube or SaaS implementations. Exposure to Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines. Familiar with incident investigation, live service support, runbooks, operational documentation and secure engineering practices.
