We''re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a collaborative team supporting business-critical platforms where reliability, security and service quality are at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you''ll work across both business-as-usual support and project delivery, helping to ensure platforms remain stable, resilient and fit for purpose. You''ll take ownership of incidents, proactively monitor system health and act as a key point of contact for Elastic-related services. Working alongside experienced engineers, you''ll have the opportunity to share knowledge, develop your technical expertise and contribute to the continuous improvement of services while operating within established ITIL-based service management processes. Key Responsibilities Investigate, triage and resolve incidents, service requests and technical issues in a timely manner. Proactively monitor and maintain system health to ensure high levels of service availability. Act as the technical focal point for Elastic-related incidents, problems, changes and service requests.
