A team manager is required for up to 6 months to manage the team covering Ivybridge and Kingsbridge with cover stretching to the Tavistock team when required. The role will require practice experience and knowledge of the Care Act, including assessments, reviews, and Safeguarding Concerns and Enquiries, as well as the Mental Capacity Act and assessments amongst other legislation relevant to social care.
