Device Modelling and PDK Engineer The Opportunity Wolviston Management Services are delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a talented Device Modelling and PDK Engineer to join their specialist engineering team. Our client operates within the highly technical semiconductor industry, developing advanced microwave GaN and GaAs device technologies for demanding RF and microwave applications. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong background in semiconductor device characterisation, RF/microwave testing and compact device modelling to contribute to the development of advanced Process Design Kits (PDKs). Working alongside experienced design, development and engineering teams, you will play a key role in ensuring device models are accurate, reliable and optimised to support customer design requirements. The Role As Device Modelling and PDK Engineer, you will be responsible for the characterisation, modelling and validation of compound semiconductor devices, supporting the development and continuous improvement of MMIC Process Design Kits. You will work closely with device engineers, designers and technical teams to ensure models accurately represent device performance and provide customers with effective design solutions.
