      <description>Location: Darlington | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Device Modelling &amp; PDK Engineer      The Opportunity   Wolviston Management Services are delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a talented  Device Modelling &amp; PDK Engineer  to join their specialist engineering team.  Our client operates within the highly technical semiconductor industry, developing advanced microwave GaN and GaAs device technologies for demanding RF and microwave applications.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong background in  semiconductor device characterisation, RF/microwave testing and compact device modelling  to contribute to the development of advanced Process Design Kits (PDKs).
