Wise also offers over 50 currencies for customers to hold and convert money in.Job DescriptionTHE ROLEThe role is the Device Management Engineering Lead and reporting into the Device Manage Lead and be based in London.You’ll contribute to the mission by:Leading the engineering team to build scalable solutions using a mixture of industry standard and bespoke solutions. Helping the team to build a roadmap which allows supporting the future growth of Wise.What you’ll be doing:We anticipate you to be a catalyst enhancing our technical efficiency and team productivitySupervising team productivity and setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure exceptional device management and IT infrastructureProviding regular guidance to your teamsUpholding high standards within the team, consistent with the company''s overall IT practicesYour leadership will be crucial in enhancing our organization''s technical efficiency, service quality, and overall team performanceQualificationsWhat do you need?We are fully aware that it is uncommon for a candidate to have all skills required and we fully support everyone in learning new skills with us. So if you have some of those listed below and are eager to learn more we do want to hear from you!7+ years of experience in Mac or Windows managementPrevious experience leading a technical team of engineers in infrastructure or end user computingExperience of implementing IaC like TerraformKandji (or other MacOS/iOS MDM)Intune (or other Windows MDM)Google WorkspaceExperience in working within an Active Directory/AzureAD (or directly relevant cloud-IdP) environmentWUFB and other patch management solutionsScripting either Python, Bash or PowershellExperience with cloud platforms ( AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)It would be ideal but not essential if you had:Linux MDM experience (Desktop or Server)Additional InformationWhat Do We Offer?Interested?
