The role is based within a specialist class which has a strong focus on early development, communication, independence and social skills. Rather than following the National Curriculum in the traditional sense, learning is highly personalised and delivered through practical, play-based and developmental activities, making the role particularly suited to teachers with an EYFS, SEN or nurturing approach. The school is looking for a committed Developmental Learning Teacher who can create a calm, engaging and highly supportive classroom environment.
