Developmental Learning TeacherStart Date: ASAPLocation: East LondonFull-timeSalary: M1 - M6 Outer LondonAbout the role and schoolTeach Plus are currently working with a friendly and supportive primary school in East London who are looking to appoint a Developmental Learning Teacher for an ASAP start.The role is based within a specialist class which has a strong focus on early development, communication, independence and social skills. Rather than following the National Curriculum in the traditional sense, learning is highly personalised and delivered through practical, play-based and developmental activities, making the role particularly suited to teachers with an EYFS, SEN or nurturing approach.The school is looking for a committed Developmental Learning Teacher who can create a calm, engaging and highly supportive classroom environment. You will work closely with experienced support staff to develop learning around the individual needs, interests and abilities of the pupils.This role would suit an experienced primary teacher, EYFS teacher or ECT who is passionate about supporting children who benefit from a more personalised approach to learning.Job ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning activities.Support pupils'' communication, interaction and social development.Develop pupils'' independence and confidence through practical activities.Create a structured, nurturing and engaging classroom environment.Adapt learning to individual ..... full job details .....
