Development Valuer / Viability Consultant - Associate/Associate Director

Role Overview

This role involves working within a wider Development team across the Midlands, providing development consultancy advice to private and public sector clients. The position includes regular engagement with the broader Savills business, including agency, planning, valuation, building consultancy, and Savills Earth.

You will be responsible for delivering technical consultancy advice on development schemes, including viability assessments (both for formal planning applications and strategic development phases) and valuation work. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing a varied workload, be confident, commercially minded, and enjoy engaging with clients and colleagues.
