On offer is a salary of up to -36,000 plus unique company benefits. You will be joining a thriving business based on a state of the art site in Somerset. Key duties: Lead concept and recipe development activity for new and existing products. Liaise directly with customers to understand briefs, expectations and sample requirements. Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams including NPD, Technical, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain. Create and maintain accurate new product files, initial project information and supporting documentation. Ensure recipe development complies with customer codes of practice, raw material requirements and nutritional targets. Support bench, pilot and main plant development activities, including hands-on sample preparation. Manage kitchen equipment, ingredients and stock to support sample submissions.
