We''re looking for a Development Team Lead to take ownership of one of our core engineering teams at an exciting point in its evolution. The team has its roots in a small, entrepreneurial business and is now maturing into a more structured, effective delivery function within tmGroup - and we need someone who can bring that structure while keeping the energy and pace that got it here. This is a hands-on leadership role - expect around a 30/70 split between contributing code and leading your team. You''ll manage an offshore development team (currently 3 - 5 people, with scope to flex as we grow), running regular check ins, setting direction, and making sure delivery stays sharp, structured and aligned to tmGroup''s ways of working. You''ll report to our Head of Product Development and Delivery, working closely with the wider product and architecture teams to turn business requirements into real, shipped solutions - without carrying full architectural ownership yourself.
