— Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Development Sales Lead to take full ownership of a development site, serving as the primary on-site sales representative. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving sales performance and maintaining the highest presentation standards for the development.Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of assigned development site as the sole on-site sales representativePresent regular site visit updates to senior leadership, demonstrating progress and performance metricsPrepare and deliver compelling site presentations to prospective buyers and stakeholdersRepresent the development in Sales and Marketing meetings, providing valuable feedback on performance, market insights, and customer responsesDrive sales performance while ensuring the site maintains exceptional presentation standardsMaintain comprehensive knowledge of competitors and current market conditionsWork collaboratively with on-site Customer Relations Executive for customer supportWorking Pattern
5 days per week with alternating weekend schedule (2 weekends on, 2 weekends off)Monday to Saturday: 10:00am - 6:00pmSunday: 11:00am - 4:00pmCompensation Package
Base salary: £40,000Annual bonus: £2,000Quarterly commission: Up to £35,000Total On-Target Earnings: £77,000Ideal Candidate
