Development Project Manager

You will attract a salary of 80,574, inner London Allowance, Car Allowance and a bonus of 3%.In this role, you''ll oversee the development and delivery of projects valued at 10 million or more, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards. You''ll be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, applying your strong commercial acumen and expertise in best practice construction management. Your leadership will extend to guiding cross-functional teams, negotiating with contractors and suppliers, and maintaining excellent client relationships throughout each project''s lifecycle.Your duties include preparing robust project plans, developing and monitoring budgets, forecasting costs, and conducting value engineering to maximise efficiency and innovation. You will also coordinate project governance documentation, oversee all pre-construction requirements, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, including CDM and ISO9001 quality standards.
