Development Project Manager

Lead housing development, regeneration and estate renewal projects from feasibility through to construction, handover and benefits realisation. You will manage budgets, programmes, quality, risk and compliance while coordinating contractors, consultants and key partners. DescriptionLead housing projects from feasibility and planning through to completion and handover.Manage project programmes, budgets, risks, issues and change control.Coordinate consultants, contractors, internal teams and external partners.Support site identification, due diligence, feasibility and option appraisals.Review development appraisals, cashflows and project viability.Oversee design, planning, procurement and construction activity.Manage statutory approvals, planning conditions, legal obligations and funding requirements.Monitor contractor and consultant performance against programme, cost and quality.Prepare business cases, approval papers and project reports.Chair project, design-team and site meetings.Undertake site inspections and progress reviews.Monitor health and safety, building safety, quality and compliance.Coordinate practical completion, operational readiness and handover.Oversee defects, final accounts, ..... full job details .....
