Development Project Manager

Help deliver new affordable homes where they''re needed most. We''re looking for a Development Project Manager to support the delivery of affordable housing across Lincolnshire. As a Development Project Manager, you''ll play a key role in delivering our growth ambitions, managing a portfolio of housing development projects valued between £1m and £15m, with a total programme value of up to £70m. You''ll oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery against timescales, budgets, and quality expectations, while fostering strong and productive relationships with Homes England, mayoral authorities, developers, contractors, and other key partners.
