Development Officer Based in our Head Office, Belfast City Centre 37 hours per week Salary: £36,340.20 - £40,999.20 per annum About the role: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Development Officer to join our team to help us deliver our ambitious development programme and manage our new developments on site. This rewarding role will provide you with an opportunity to develop and nurture relationships with property contacts and established developers in order to secure a pipeline of social housing projects, leading on exciting proposals and delivering high quality homes. This exciting opportunity will suit a self-motivated individual who has excellent communication and organisational skills, is an effective negotiator and has a proven ability to problem solve.
