Development Officer Watford Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Permanent, 37 hours per weekThe VacancyWe are recruiting a Development Officer to join our Land and New Business team within the Development Directorate. Our Development Directorate plays a key role in delivering new, high-quality homes for rent and sale across our communities.Role purposeWe''re looking for an enthusiastic andmotivated Development Officer to provide support in the acquisition, feasibility and planning approval process for new build homes.The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and contributing to the growth objectives of the Chime Housing Business plan.What''s the role?Key Accountabilities:Assist with leading in the delivery of new homes, including taking leadership activities in certain tasks, with the support of senior staff.Assist the Land and Partnerships Team Manager with project work in relation to the delivery of new homesManage and brief consultants and Joint Venture partners throughout development projects ensuring that agreed standards are met, that Chime Housing complies with all necessary legislation, and that value for money is achieved.Provide support to the Development Directorate, in the delivery of new homes, property disposal and new business ..... full job details .....
