Projects average around £40m in value, with regular exposure to significantly larger and more complex developments.The opportunity can accommodate candidates from Senior Surveyor through to Associate Director level. The emphasis is less on title and more on finding technically capable Development Monitoring Surveyors who can provide high-quality advice, exercise good commercial judgement and build strong relationships with lenders.For somebody currently handling smaller schemes, there is considerable scope to progress into larger and more complex projects while working alongside an experienced monitoring team.The RoleYou will manage your own portfolio of lender-funded developments, working directly with clients and providing ..... full job details .....
