I’m recruiting for the latter. The team has an established flow of lender instructions across the North of England and wants to bring in another surveyor. You’ll work on developments ranging from approximately £500,000 to £50 million, predominantly residential schemes, with hotel and commercial projects adding variety.  The firm is open on level. An experienced Monitoring Surveyor could take ownership of a portfolio from the outset. Equally, if you’re a Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager who has already had some exposure to monitoring, this could be the opportunity to make it your specialism.
