The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of lender-funded developments across the South West, South Wales, parts of the South Coast and the M4 corridor. Projects vary in scale and sector, with schemes averaging around £10 million in value. This is a senior monitoring position for someone who wants responsibility for their own instructions, direct contact with funders and the scope to exercise professional judgement. The appointment can be made at Senior Surveyor or Associate Director level, depending on experience.
