The team has an established flow of lender instructions across the North of England and wants to bring in another surveyor. You ll work on developments ranging from approximately £500,000 to £50 million, predominantly residential schemes, with hotel and commercial projects adding variety.The firm is open on level. An experienced Monitoring Surveyor could take ownership of a portfolio from the outset. Equally, if you re a Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager who has already had some exposure to monitoring, this could be the opportunity to make it your specialism.The workYou ll visit developments, review costs and programmes, assess progress and drawdown requests, and advise lenders on the risks that matter. The role calls for sound construction judgement and reports that help funders make decisions, rather than simply record what happened on site.You ll be supported by an experienced wider monitoring team while managing your own instructions and lender relationships.
