      <description>Location: Oxford | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | University College, Oxford (Univ), is seeking an ambitious and experienced fundraising professional to lead and develop our established regular and individual giving programme.  It is an exciting time to join the College and become part of our high-performing, supportive fundraising and alumni relations team. The well-established regular giving programme has a strong track record from telephone fundraising appeals to direct mail, online campaigns, Giving Days and face-to-face asks. Regular giving makes an important contribution to the College providing crucial support for core activities enabling us to continue to deliver world-class teaching, research and student support. The post-holder will take strategic ownership of regular and individual giving, developing targeted campaigns to increase participation, grow philanthropic income and strengthen long-term relationships with alumni and friends. You will also lead the development and stewardship of the 1249 Society, using data and donor insight to increase membership and retention.
