The initial projects are residential schemes near Cardiff – one new-build apartment development and one conversion – providing a substantial and visible workload for approximately the next 18 months. This represents a growing area of the consultancy rather than an isolated pair of instructions. The business is already delivering Development Management on significantly larger projects elsewhere in the UK, including schemes around £100m, and sees considerable scope to build this part of its service offering further.
