The initial projects are residential schemes near Cardiff - one new-build apartment development and one conversion - providing a substantial and visible workload for approximately the next 18 months. This represents a growing area of the consultancy rather than an isolated pair of instructions. The business is already delivering Development Management on significantly larger projects elsewhere in the UK, including schemes around £100m, and sees considerable scope to build this part of its service offering further. The Role You will take responsibility for the Development Management of the initial Cardiff projects, working closely with the client and wider professional teams to drive the schemes forward. The role could suit an established Development Manager or an experienced consultancy Project Manager looking to broaden their remit and take greater responsibility across the development process.
