About the Role You will be responsible for leading complex regeneration and development projects from early feasibility and design stages through to planning approval and delivery readiness . The wider programme includes the delivery of approximately 1,600 - 2,000 new homes over the next 7/8 years , alongside new community infrastructure and mixed-use developments.
