Description

  • Manage and oversee property development projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring costs remain within approved limits.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to the required standard.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with development projects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards within the property sector.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Support the organisation''s wider objectives by contributing to strategic development plans.
