As a Development Manager you will work as an integral part of the development team at pace in a fast moving environment, by producing innovative food products - that can be mass produced without any loss of quality or taste, which reflect our customer''s trends and requirements. You will provide support at all key stages from concept / ideation to handover to the Process Team ensuring a smooth transition. Role Accountabilities Business Communication: Has effective internal working relationships across key functions to ensure the delivery of the Development process activity. Leadership: Manages and supports the team to effectively deliver the development activity to the highest standard, ensuring delivery of projects through critical path management Customer: Has good overall awareness of retailer development requirements and their relevant brand standards. Has effective customer relationships. Culinary: Has the ability to present product to internal and external customers.
