Job Description Reporting to the NPD Manager, the Development / Formulation Chemist will be responsible for developing, improving and commercialising product formulations from initial concept through to full-scale manufacture. You will take ownership of laboratory trials, formulation development, raw material evaluation, product optimisation and manufacturing scale-up, working closely with teams across Technical, Quality, Regulatory, Production and Commercial.
