      <description>Location: Peterborough | Salary: 10000-500000 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Development Engineer - Fuel Systems Peterborough £40.73 per hour Inside IR-month contract Are you an experienced Fuel Systems Engineer with a strong background in high-pressure fuel systems and diesel engines? We''re looking for a Development Engineer - Fuel Systems to join an established engineering team in Peterborough, working on exciting new diesel engine programmes and taking projects from development through to production. This is a hands-on engineering role where you''ll have the opportunity to own fuel system development activities, solve complex technical problems and work closely with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams. You''ll be involved in design reviews, supplier development, technical risk assessment, validation and testing, as well as supporting the resolution of engineering issues through structured problem-solving. What we''re looking for  5+ years'' relevant engineering experience. Strong experience in fuel system development. Proven knowledge of high-pressure fuel systems.
