Development Engineer role Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will manage the engineering design process from land appraisal through to construction issue. You will be responsible for appointing appropriate consultants, agreeing fees in-line with budgets, liaising with statutory authorities, and ensuring that design sits within budget.
