Development Director (Commercial) Location: Flexible, the role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing a balance between home and office-based work. Age UK West Sussex, Brighton and Hove is here to ensure older people can live healthy, independent, informed and connected lives and the need for our work has never been greater. Too many older people still face loneliness, financial hardship and preventable ill health. We are determined to change this, and to extend our reach so more people can thrive in later life. We are now seeking a Development Director (Commercial) who will play a pivotal role in strengthening and diversifying our income, ensuring our long term sustainability and enabling us to grow our impact. This is a critical leadership role for someone who brings commercial acumen, creativity and purpose, and who understands that every new partnership, product or opportunity ultimately exists to improve the lives of older people across our communities. You will bring strategic commercial experience, a track record of income growth and the ability to build strong, values aligned partnerships.
