This is a hands-on role offering exposure to both R&amp;D and manufacturing, with the opportunity to make a real impact on operational performance.  Key Responsibilities:   Carrying out small-scale synthesis, reactions, and distillations (up to -20L scale).    Supporting and operating larger-scale distillation processes (up to -100L scale).
